Accused struggled with police 21/7/08

David Richie of 4 MacCalum Place, Stornoway, pleaded guilty to violently struggling with police and disorderly conduct at the Hebridean Celtic Festival in the Lews Castle Grounds, Lewis, on Saturday evening.

The 23-year-old appeared from custody in front of Sheriff Gordon Fleetwood Stornoway Sheriff Court yesterday (Mon) and was released on bail. He will be sentenced pending background reports.
