Man bought drink for underage girl             22/7/08

A Lewis man was fined £ 600 for buying alcohol for an underage girl.

Stewart Liquorish appeared at Stornoway Justice of the Peace court today (Tues) in front of Justice Iain Macleod

The 27-year-old fisherman of 14 Macsween Drive, Point, pleaded guilty  to buying two half bottles of vodka as well as two bottles of alcopops at the Cromwell Street Co-op. The carryout was for a girl under 18 years.
