Youth headed-butted bus passenger 22/7/08

A 17-year-old Lewis youth received an absolute discharge after he injured a bus passenger by head butting him in the face.

Calum Stamper of 19 Gress, Lewis appeared at Stornoway Justice of the Peace court today (Tues) in front of Justice Iain Macleod.

He assaulted the male on the Stornoway to Tolsta bus in November last year.

He previously admitted the charge and was bound over for good behaviour.
