Sex act offender awaits sentence 29/7/08
A Barra man had his sentence for two sex act offences deferred to a later date when he appeared at Lochmaddy Sheriff Court today.
Calum Clelland of 3 St Michael’s Cottages, Castlebay previously pleaded guilty to two counts of exposing himself at a window of his home.
The 27-year-old admitted publicly showing his private parts and performing a sex act on 4th June and in February.
Sheriff Andrew Berry requested background reports plus a psychiatric report before sentencing.
